• How long does it take to set up with AppDoubler?

  Once you have been accepted to the platform, you will be contacted by an account manager who will guide you through the setup over a couple of days.Back to top ↑

• Is there help available for creating my affiliate program?

  Yes, once you have been accepted to the platform, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will help you to design efficient campaigns and match them with the most relevant partners on the AppDoubler network.Back to top ↑

• Are there any setup or monthly account fees?

  Not at this stage. Moving forward, reasonable setup and account management fees in line with affiliation industry standards will be introduced. As standard industry practice, vendors will be asked to make an upfront, refundable deposit before launching their first programs on the AppDoubler network in order to guarantee payments to their affiliate partners.Back to top ↑

• How does AppDoubler make money?

  We charge vendors an industry-standard override fee as a percentage (%) of each commissioned transaction. We only charge commissions on performance. If there are no sales, no commissions are due.Back to top ↑

• Who will host my account and programs?

  In order to guarantee the best possible security, service availability and transparency, AppDoubler has contracted a leading industry white-label SaaS technology provider to manage and host the back-end of the network. You will not need to install anything on your own IT infrastructure and all your data will be protected and treated according to our privacy policy [LINK]. • What level of fraud prevention does AppDoubler offer?

  AppDoubler has several automated tools in place to alert us to potential fraud. Our team individually reviews the activities of both vendors and affiliates to ensure that there is no suspicious activity, including reviewing all commission payments. AppDoubler maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy with regard to fraud. Any partners or vendors participating in fraudulent activity will be terminated from the network immediately.Back to top ↑

• What application sales models does AppDoubler support?

  AppDoubler currently supports all the common SaaS sales models, such as freemium, trials/demo sign-up, monthly and per-seat tiered subscriptions, recurring commissions, and more.Back to top ↑

• How many campaigns per vendor can be run?

  There is no limit for the maximum number of programs. There is no maximum number of programs constraint. Vendors can run multiple campaigns for each of their products and are not limited to the number of applications they want to add to the network. Vendors can try multiple campaigns to test their effectiveness and potential interest from partners.Back to top ↑

• What are the main features available to me as a vendor/advertiser?

• Do I need to register with a payment provider to pay commissions?

  We will pay AppDoubler partners on your behalf via PayPal after you have validated their sales. When we need to pay your partners, we will ask you for a single payment through a PayPal account, credit card or bank/wire transfer.Back to top ↑

• How will AppDoubler promote us within its network of partners?

  AppDoubler partners discover your details on the system and elect to join your program(s). Our team will also pro-actively recruit new partners and resellers to promote your program. We use industry trade shows, direct marketing, email marketing campaigns, social media channels and other similar tactics in our recruitment efforts. • What kind of stats/tracking does AppDoubler provide?

  All leads and sales and tracked within the system and can be viewed individually. You will also have access to click-through and lead/sales reports and breakdowns by affiliate partner.Back to top ↑
